As long as the package has not been opened and any damage has not been done, you can return the order within 14 days. Prerequisite is the prior communication with us at[email protected]. In case of special order or construction, returns are not accepted.
If you have received the wrong item, we undertake to return it and send the correct item at our own expense. Contact [email protected] to proceed with the process.
In this case, contact us directly at [email protected] and we arrange at our own expense the return of the parcel and the re-shipment.
